“Honeymoon from Hell”

And you thought the wedding was tough!

“Honeymoon from Hell,” by Eileen Moushey, is GreenMan Theatre Troupe’s next show, an interactive murder mystery dinner production.

Performances begin February 20 and run two weekends through March 1 at Angelo’s Ristorante in Elmhurst.

GreenMan board member Carolyn Thomas-Davidoff, who directed last winter’s popular “Matrimony, Mayhem, and Murder,” will direct the show.

GreenMan is in their fifth season, and they’ve presented a dinner theatre mystery every year as a fundraiser to help support the group.

“Honeymoon from Hell” takes place on a honeymoon cruise ship. During a ‘Love-boat Idol’ talent contest, shots ring out. Is the murderer a jealous ex-, the crazy chef, the cruise director, or one of the other honeymooning guests? Fortunately there's an ex-cop on hand to lead the audience in the investigation of this terrible crime.

Volunteers are also needed to assist the production team in several areas, and GreenMan always welcomes new members and participants in all aspects of theatre production.

For more information about volunteer positions or to make a reservation, call 630-464-2646.

GreenMan's dinner show is always a mix of outrageous characters, improvised comedy, musical entertainment, and of course, murder is always on the menu.
