GreenMan Theatre Actors to Present Valentine's Storytelling!

Actors from GreenMan Theatre Troupe will present a storytelling event on Sunday, Feb 8 at Prairie & Vine wine shop in Villa Park from 6-8 pm.

The theme of the evening is "Love Stories" and is timed as a romantic prelude to Valentine's Day. There will be both storytelling and songs as part of the program.

Prairie & Vine is located in downtown Villa Park, across from the Prairie Path, at 29 E. Park Blvd. Guests will have an opportunity to sample several wines while enjoying the program.

Cost of the evening is $20. Tickets are available at the door but space is limited.

For more information, call Prairie & Vine at 630-782-1519, or visit www.prairieandvine.com.

Carolyn Thomas-Davidoff, who is also directing GreenMan's upcoming murder mystery, has written and directed the "Love Stories" evening.

"Love Stories" is an outgrowth of a storytelling class GreenMan offered last fall.  Participants in the class presented a program called "Spooky Stories" last fall at the Masonic Lodge in Elmhurst.  Carolyn Thomas-Davidoff taught the class and organized the Halloween themed program. She says that everyone in the program was so enthusiastic about having other opportunities to tell stories, she jumped at the chance to organize a storytelling event at Prairie & Vine.

Other GreenMan actors participating in the event will be Grace Martinez, Tom Hughes, Anne Thompson, Gary Davidoff, and Cynthia Rosati.
