Annually, the Active Members of GreenMan Theatre Troupe elect individuals to serve three-year terms on the Board of Trustees from the candidates the Board has nominated.  Terms are now expiring for seats on the Board, and the Board has nominated individuals to fill those seats and expand the board.

Carolyn Thomas-Davidoff's term on the Board is expiring, and the Trustees have nominated her to serve for an additional three-year term.

Steven Soria's term on the Board is expiring, and the Trustees have nominated him to serve for an additional three-year term on the Board.

Kris Sandrock's term on the Board is expiring.  She has decided not to seek an additional three-year term.  The Board will miss Kris, and we thank Kris for all her hard work.

Ben Vargas

These nominees will expand the Board and fill Kris's seat.

When you receive your ballot please vote Approve, Disapprove, or Abstain for each candidate and return it in the stamped envelope included; post marked by June 28th.
