Something Wicked...
Something Wicked...
...this Way Comes!
The wicked reign of Macbeth continues
at GreenMan Theatre. Only 6 more performances remain to see this production of
William Shakespeare's anatomy of evil. Audiences had much praise
for GreenMan's interpretation of Macbeth during its
opening weekend. As the march of Birnam Wood comes closer to an end, don't miss
out on this lively production, which deals with ambition, political unrest,
murder, betrayal, revenge, and witchcraft. Shakespeare's plays are meant
to be seen, and this production rings the alarm bell with drama, tragedy, and
swordfighting.
Macbeth is directed by GreenMan Artistic Director David Soria. “I think Shakespeare is potentially the most exciting theatre imaginable: the plays are filled with emotion, drama, humor, pageantry, thrills, and entertainment, unlike anything else. It's our job to make that happen for our audiences. And I think our audiences will be in for an exciting show this fall,” Soria said.
